30 years of saving lives

I always love jobs where I get to learn about people doing amazing work that I had never heard of. It’s a lot of fun to bring this activity into the light, so others can realise what some researcher, scientist or other dedicated professional has been quietly achieving.

A classic example was this article, commissioned by Royal Auto, the RACV magazine, celebrating 30 years of MUARC (the Monash university Accident Research Centre). From trying to stop road deaths and injuries to examining whether household appliances will hurt you, MUARC has been working tirelessly for three decades.
